Modification to the Assignment to a Training

It is no longer possible to assign the same E-Learning training twice to an employee when this employee already has access to this E-Learning training via My trainings in the EL module.

When this situation arises, the checkbox of this employee in the Assignments section will be grayed out and a warning will inform you that this employee has already accessed to this training or that the maximum number of participants for this E-Learning training activity has been reached.

It will be possible to reassign this employee to this training when the E-Learning training activity would have expired, would have been successful or when the number of permitted attempts would have been reached.
