Discover the new Assignations function of the EL module

We are very pleased to launch the brand new Assignations feature of the EL module.

This function has been tested for a few months by several customers and, as it is appreciated and functional, we have decided to make it available to all users having the rights to use this function. Main_functions

The objective of the redesign of this function is to simplify the assignation process and to give you a better experience as a result, following the various suggestions received from our customers.

The main improvements made are:

Grouping of activities for the same training under the same section
Easy and quick access to the always available accesses
Easy search for employees registered for a training
Possibility to reassign an employee to a training
Employee status: Allows you to see the most recent status for each employee who has been assigned to the training (with the possibility of seeing the history)
Ability to add notifications to be notified of success or failure (configurable by user)
Distinction of access granted to internal employees versus external employees or former employees
Assign action is simpler and more user-friendly

When the new feature is in effect, a tooltip will appear to guide you through your first use of the feature.
