Cognibox LMS - Improved Communication via the LMS.

Following the request of several users, we have improved communication via the LMS.

Until now, all convocation emails were sent in both English and French. It is now possible to add the language of the employee and the supervisor so that the e-mail can be sent in their respective language.

See how to use this new feature:

GOOD TO KNOW!

• The email will be sent in both languages, as it is now, until a change is made in one of the two fields
• The email will be sent in the language of the employee and/or the supervisor, depending on the language indicated in the employee's profile
• The email will be sent in both languages if the employee and the supervisor have not selected the same language. In this case, the employee's language will always be displayed first
• If the employee has not selected a language, the email will be sent in the supervisor’s language
• For clients with a bridge, you will soon be able to provide this information for each employee via your bridge.
