Cognibox CMS - New CogniSafe module

The CogniSafe module is part of a desire to offer a relevant and effective tool to minimize the transmission risk of COVID-19 virus in the workplace.

CogniSafe’s main objective is to provide companies with the tools they need to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

  • Consult preventive measures for each industry.

  A Daily Workplace Inspection of the Conformity 

• • Obtain an audit tool to assess compliance of the rules of hygiene, distancing, etc., to ensure that all the preventive measures implemented are actually being followed in the workplace.

  A Pre-entry Screening Questionnaire 

• • Provide a daily questionnaire to assess symptoms related to COVID-19.
  • Allow employees to complete this questionnaire via their Android smartphone.
  • Access the list of employees who are compliant, non-compliant, and those who haven’t anwser to the questionnaire in a single click.
  • Obtain a global vision of the state of the health of all employees.
  • Use the calendar to view information for a specific date.
