Cognibox CMS - New Chat Feature

Here’s how to use the new chat function:

1. Upon logging in to your Cognibox account, you should see this symbol at the bottom right of your page, regardless of the module you are in. 

2. To chat with an agent, click on the icon. The following window will open:

3. Please enter your name and email address to begin speaking with an agent.

4. A pop-up window will open, and you may begin chatting with an agent. You can click on the "X" at the top corner of the window to close the chat.
