Improvement to the Phone Menu Selection

We are simplifying our menu selection to provide you with an improved experience when communicating with our customer support by phone.

Here are the new selection for reaching our customer support. Note that you can dial the direct extension of the person you want to reach any time.

2 Suppliers qualification support
3 Suppliers membership renewal support
4 In class training support
5 Employee profile / Data entry support
0 Speak to a receptionist

 

To speak to a Customer Success Manager, you can dial the direct extension or dial 0 and the receptionist will transfer the call.
