The LMS allows you to display on a calendar the training courses planned by your team for the coming months. This allows you not only to delegate to the department managers the responsibility of registering their employees for the training sessions, but also to see in advance the number of places still available for each of the planned trainings. For each activity, a list of employees requiring the training is displayed to easily fill these places and maximize training costs.
Two different roles can manage the registrations to allow or prevent you from exceeding the number of attendees authorized for an activity.
