The new self-assessment feature of the PE module now allows contractors to create their own evaluation, so that they can self-assess their work.
In order for this option to be available to contractors, one of the client corporations they work with must have made available an evaluation form specifically configured for self-evaluation.
The assessment questionnaires are only available to contractors. The information provided as well as the results of these self-assessments are not visible to the client corporations.
When the self-assessment is completed, a result is assigned to each question, based on a predefined weighting group (e.g. specific measures for production lines). This score is then displayed in the Results tab, allowing contractors to know the status of performance.
This new feature not only offers the possibility for contractors to improve the quality of their work but is also very useful in these post-pandemic and return-to-work times. Indeed, it can be used as a tool for monitoring compliance with protective and distancing measures to ensure the health and safety of workers.
