Cognibox LMS - New Training Refresher Now in E-Learning

At the request of several users, we have improved the training refreshers to take into account E-Learning training.

From now on, for the same training, you can have a version of a refresher in E-Learning that is different than the integral training.

WHAT IS IT FOR?

As a training manager, you must manage integral courses and courses that have a refresher, some of which are given in class and others in E-Learning? Are you having difficulties because you have courses that are taught in class by an instructor, while the refresher is in E-Learning and you cannot use automatic assignment? Or on the contrary, is your WHMIS training in E-Learning format, while the integral course is different from the refresher version? You can now manage these situations since the same training can now have two different SCORM codes (one for the integral course and one for the refresher).

GOOD TO KNOW:

• To facilitate the management of all your trainings, all options/combinations are available to you, namely:
• Integral classroom training / Classroom refresher course
• Integral classroom training / E-Learning refresher course
• Integral training in E-Learning / Classroom refresher course
• Integral training in E-Learning / E-Learning refresher course
• If the integral training and the refresher are in E-Learning format, the number of days indicated in the "Day(s) before expiry" field of the refresher will be the one considered when the training has to be reassigned
• SCORM codes can only be entered/modified by the Cognibox team.
