During an emergency due to a workplace incident, reaction time is an important factor.
It is therefore now possible to add an emergency contact for each employee present in Cognibox via the new action “Emergency contact” available in the Actions column of the employees list in the EM module. The contact name and emergency phone number can be directly entered and modified by the employer. The fields are displayed to users with access to the employee’s file, i.e. the employer and the client corporations in relation with the employee when information sharing with a client corporation is activated and a consent form for the processing of personal data is present.
This new functionality speeds up communications in the event of an incident by making this information accessible to responders with a direct link to the employee in Cognibox. The goal is to eliminate paper forms that are not always quickly accessible in the event of an incident and that are not always kept up to date.
