Kronos Canada Inc. now manages the qualification of its contractors with Cognibox. Thanks to its efficient and user-friendly modules, this solution reduces the workload associated with the processing of contractor files for all aspects related to the company and worker’s compliance and training management. This software also provides a broadcasting platform for e-learning training, allowing contractor’s employees to take their courses directly in Cognibox.
Cognibox implementation confirms Kronos Canada Inc.’s commitment to continuously improve their practices and to ensure the organization conducts business with top performing contractors, ensuring their overall compliance including occupational health and safety and the environment. An induction training is also being prepared to bring rigor and provide standards for the information communicated to contractors upon their arrival on site.
This metallurgical processing company joins other Cognibox customers in the same industry, such as Rio Tinto, Elkem, Alcoa and Alouette.
