Bilingual Customer Service Agent

The customer service team communicates daily with our worldwide client base. Their responsibility is to support clients in their use of the Cognibox system, to respond to their questions and to assist them in completing their qualification files.

The customer service agent's responsibilities include:

  • Following up on client files until they are complete, by email and telephone;
  • Documenting follow-up status I provided tools;
  • Responding to general calls concerning the use of the Cognibox system;
  • Completing the validation of client files;
  • Completing various tasks related to the customer service position.


Position Requirements:

  • Secondary diploma;
  • Passion for customer service;
  • Excellent prioritization skills;
  • Bilingualism English/French, spoken and written, mandatory;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Internet;
  • Autonomy, flexibility positive attitude, team spirit, initiative, good organization skills, excellent prioritization and stress management skills, punctuality.



The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. A flexible schedule may be considered.
