Tina Marie Lalonde

Passionate about online, asynchronous and blended training, Tina Marie has several years of experience in techno-pedagogy. She is mainly interested in the potential of e-Learning and the different forms that learning can take in adults. She focuses on interactive learning strategies in a competency-based approach that promotes the transfer of learning. Creative, dynamic and rigorous, Tina Marie integrates pedagogical principles to the conception and make sure to offer a rewarding learning experience that brings a real change in behaviors as well as develop new skills in the learner. Tina Marie was involved in the design of the online activities for the nurse in the operating room training program. This $ 2M program is now available in all Quebec’s hospitals.
