Renée Laliberté

Renée has been a member of the Cognibox team for nearly a decade, and has worked in many of the company’s departments. She has thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS), and her outsourcing experience as training advisor provides insight into reality on the ground. For Renée, the “all other related tasks” of her role include sales demonstrations, quality assurance, user support, coaching, analysis of new functionalities and training; in other words, everything related to the customer experience. Thanks to her excellent project management skills, she is always in solution mode and ready to suggest constructive improvements. Customer satisfaction is her source of motivation.
