Not only will it offer new functionality and display a more current « look », the redesigned “Documents” section will be more operational and better defined. Your comments and suggestions have, once more, been the basis of this redesign that your Cognibox team has successfully realized!

While optimizing your document management with the newly simplified interface, you can expect a more pleasurable experience. Following is an outline of the newly updated features:

• Colors divide the interface into three distinct, easily identifiable sections;
• The red section, which now represents the documents required by the order givers, is divided into two sub-sections. The first being downloadable documents and the second being documents the contractor must obtain himself;
• In order to optimize the communication between order givers and contractors regarding a document, a new message inbox was created. The inbox allows you to easily identify the origin of the message, color coded for either the order giver, the contractor or the SIM representative. Not only is it distinctively divided, they are dated and bear the author’s name;
• The green section, exclusive to the « Business Qualifications » module, now offers the possibility of creating personalized sub-sections to file your uploaded internal documents. As well as having the possibility to add and delete documents, it is simple and easy to move them from one section to another;
• More intuitive icons;
• More fluent navigation;
• The blue section represents the other documents provided by the contractor for the order giver.
