Starting today, a new e-mail alert system is now in operation in Cognibox V3. This system is programmed to send an e-mail 30 days prior to the deadlines of certain validated elements in the candidacy of contractors.
More precisely, two candidacy elements may initiate an e-mail alert:
A document recall date:
If the main contractor specifies a recall date during the validation of a candidacy document, as in the example below, an e-mail will be generated 30 days prior to this date. The e-mail will be sent to :
- The main contractor having validated the candidacy;
- The person responsible for the contractor’s candidacy.
The candidacy deadline:
During the validation of a candidacy, a deadline can be specified. In this case an e-mail will also be generated 30 days prior to this date and sent to :
- The main contractor having validated the candidacy;
- The person responsible for the contractor’s candidacy.
